Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of products concluded between Manga Horizon (hereinafter "the Seller") and any non-commercial natural person (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on the https://www.mangahorizon.fr website. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 — Products

The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may show slight differences from the actual product. Products are offered subject to stock availability.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs specified before order validation. Manga Horizon reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the product will be invoiced based on the rate in force at the time of order validation.

Article 4 — Order

The Customer validates their order after checking the contents of their cart. The sale is considered final after order confirmation by e-mail and payment collection. Manga Horizon reserves the right to cancel any order showing a payment dispute or an unusual nature.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or other proposed payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). Transactions are secured by an SSL encryption protocol. Banking data is not stored by the Seller.

Article 6 — Delivery

Delivery terms, areas, and times are detailed in our Delivery Policy. Delivery times are indicative. In case of abnormal delay, the Customer may contact the Seller at info@mangahorizon.fr.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. The terms are detailed in our Refund and Withdrawal Policy.

Article 8 — Legal Guarantees

Regardless of any commercial guarantee, the Seller remains bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1648 of the Civil Code). In case of a non-conforming or defective product, the Customer can contact us at info@mangahorizon.fr.

Article 9 — Personal Data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Article 10 — Disputes and Mediation

These GTC are subject to French law. In case of a dispute, the Customer will first contact the Seller to obtain an amicable solution. Failing this, in accordance with article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The Customer may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
