Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal?

To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by email at info@mangahorizon.fr, specifying your order number, before the 14-day period expires. You must then return the product(s) in their original condition and complete packaging.

Return costs and procedures

Return costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. The product must be returned within 14 days following the communication of your decision to withdraw. We recommend tracked shipping.

Refund

After receiving and checking the returned product, we will refund all sums paid (product + initial standard delivery costs), within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method as that used during the order.

Defective or non-compliant products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not in conformity with your order, contact us within 14 days at info@mangahorizon.fr with a photo of the product. We will, at your choice, replace or refund the item, at no cost to you. You also benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects (see our General Terms and Conditions of Sale).

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to categories of goods excluded by article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code (personalized products, unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, etc.).
