Delivery Zones

We deliver to mainland France and overseas territories, throughout the European Union, Switzerland, and internationally. For any delivery requests to other destinations, please contact us at info@mangahorizon.fr.

Delivery Times

Some of our products come from international partner workshops. Please allow generally 5 to 10 business days between order validation and receipt, including preparation time. These times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and period.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated and displayed before your order is confirmed, based on the destination and the contents of your cart. Free delivery offers may apply and will be indicated where applicable.

Order Tracking

Each order is shipped with a tracking number, which is sent to you by email upon shipment, allowing you to track your package until delivery.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes (outside the European Union)

For any delivery outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, and carrier handling fees may apply upon receipt. These amounts are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the amount paid on the store, in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.

This applies to deliveries to Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, and Israel.

Rates and exemption thresholds vary widely from country to country, and some are very low. We invite you to inquire with your country's customs administration before ordering. If you have any questions, please write to us at info@mangahorizon.fr.

Lost or Undelivered Package

In case of non-receipt within the announced timeframe, please contact us at info@mangahorizon.fr: we will investigate with the carrier and propose a solution (reshipment or refund).

Overseas Territories

We deliver to all French overseas territories: Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint Martin, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, and Wallis and Futuna.

As these territories are located outside the fiscal territory of the European Union, "octroi de mer" taxes, customs duties, or handling fees may apply upon delivery, at the expense of the recipient, in accordance with current regulations.
