Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Allow 5 to 10 business days between order confirmation and receipt, including processing time. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Is delivery free?
Yes, on orders of €49 or more, in France as well as throughout Europe. Below that, it is charged at €5.90 in France; the exact rate is displayed in the cart before payment.
Where do you deliver?
In France, throughout the European Union, in Switzerland, in the overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion…) and to about ten other destinations. The country is selected at checkout; for a destination not listed, contact us.
How do I track my order?
Using the number received via email, on the Track my order page. Tracking activates within 24 to 48 hours following shipment.

What material are the figurines made of?
Made of painted PVC, base included. Each product sheet indicates the height, material, and packaging — you know exactly what you are receiving before you order.
Are they delivered in a box?
Most arrive without their original box, protected in reinforced packaging and cushioned for transport. When an item is delivered in a box, its product page will specify it.
Do the photos match the item received?
Yes: these are photos of the piece itself, often staged by our studio. The heights and paint details described are those of the model sent.
How to display and maintain a figurine?
Keep out of direct sunlight, dust with a soft brush, never use water. Everything is in our guide on how to display and maintain your figurines.
Payment & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, on an encrypted payment page. No banking data passes through our servers.
Can I change my mind after receipt?
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw: write to info@mangahorizon.fr with your order number, then return the item in its original condition. The refund follows receipt of the return. Details in our refund policy.
The item arrived damaged, what should I do?
Send a photo to info@mangahorizon.fr with your order number. Depending on your choice, the item will be replaced or refunded, without having to return it first.
