A shadow larger than himself
Ichigo stands, dressed in a black kimono cinched by a tied belt. The gaze first falls on the white cross drawn across his chest, the only light spot on the garment. Behind him, a large black silhouette stands out against the white background, doubling his presence without ever showing any detail.
The white background allows the piece to breathe: it easily hangs above a desk or a light chest of drawers. The sharp contrast of black and white allows it to blend with more colorful posters.
