How do I hang it?

Nothing to assemble: the cord is already in place between the two rods. A nail or a thumbtack, and it's hung. That's the advantage of a scroll over a framed picture, which requires wall mounting and alignment.

How do I care for it?

Dust it with a dry cloth, in the direction of the canvas. No water or household products. Keep it out of direct sunlight: that's the only real enemy of a print, long before dust.
