Leo is just a few inches tall. He is the leader of the Tontatta tribe of Dressrosa, and the illustration shows him with a green helmet on his head, a red tie, and his mouth open mid-harangue.
His bounty is replaced by a question mark — the Marines clearly didn't know what to put there. This is the ultimate collector's poster: it only speaks to those who have read the Dressrosa arc.

Is the frame included?
No, and that is intentional: no mat, no
stretcher, no framing. The canvas travels flat or rolled, with no risk of broken glass, and the price
remains that of the poster alone. It's up to you to choose your frame — or pin it up as is.
Which size should I choose?
The 13 × 18 cm fits above a desk or in a
gallery of small posters. The 50 × 70 cm is the "one poster, one wall" format. In between, the
30 × 40 cm is the one most often chosen when hesitant.
