Does this bounty really exist in the series?
Chopper's pitiful bounties are a recurring gag in the story: the Marines have never considered him a full-fledged member of the crew. That is the subject of this poster.
Is the frame included?
No, and that is intentional: no mat, no stretcher bars, no framing. The canvas is shipped flat or rolled, with no risk of broken glass, and the price remains that of the poster alone. It's up to you to choose your frame — or pin it up as is.
