Which sizes are available?
Twenty, all in centimeters: 20 × 20, 20 × 30, 21 × 30, 20 × 40, 30 × 40, 20 × 60, 30 × 45, 40 × 40, 30 × 60, 40 × 50, 40 × 60, 50 × 50, 30 × 90, 50 × 60, 40 × 80, 50 × 70, 50 × 75, 40 × 120, 50 × 100, 50 × 150 cm. The first number is the width.

What image quality should I send?
Aim for at least 1200 px wide, and higher as the size increases: an image that looks great at 20 × 30 might lose sharpness at 50 × 150. The upload field will warn you if your file is too small. All our tips are on the personalization page.

Is the frame included?
No. You receive the print only, leaving you free to choose your own frame — or hang it without one, using clips or a hanging bar.

Can I return a personalized poster?
No: an item printed at your request cannot be returned or exchanged, and the right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Hence our checks before printing — and the advice to send the highest quality version of your image.

How is it shipped?
Rolled, to protect the surface. Please allow generally 5 to 10 working days, with package tracking for France, the European Union, and internationally.
