The story behind the figure

The entire series is based on a misunderstanding: Ichigo never asked to become a Shinigami. He received these powers overnight, to save his family, and spent the rest of the story fulfilling a role he didn't choose – all while remaining a grumpy high school student. This is the version the figure captures: not a spectacular transformation, no mask or aura, just the black costume, the oversized blade, and the expression of someone who would really like to be left alone.
