The successor, eyes full of stars
Before becoming All Might's successor, Izuku Midoriya is just a boy watching heroes fly above him. This figure brings him back to that formative moment: sitting cross-legged, face turned upward, wearing a shy smile and his signature freckles, as if he were watching a battle in the sky of Musutafu.
His dark green curls are sculpted into thick, messy locks, and his UA uniform is completed by his eternal red shoes—the detail fans always look for. Between a grumpy Bakugo and an imperturbable Todoroki, he is the one who gives the trio its heart.

What is the difference compared to the Izuku & Katsuki children figure?
Izuku and Katsuki as children depicts the two rivals when they were small, before the academy, on a shared base; here, Deku is alone, a teenager in his UA uniform, in the sitting pose with his head raised from the series. The two items complement each other perfectly.
Is this a chibi figure?
