The Boundman bursts from the steam, fist first
Monkey D. Luffy transforms into Gear 4 Boundman, standing 20 cm tall: swollen muscles, a chest marked with dark patterns, and arms and legs blackened by Armament Haki. His giant fist is thrust forward, the other arm bent back to head height.
A large ring of white steam coils around him, and a column of steam lifts him from the ground: this serves as his base. Straw Hat on his back, he clenches his teeth, ready to strike.
