Horns, an open kimono, and a confident decision
Yamato at 20 cm, standing, head slightly turned. Long white hair falling down the back, dark horns rising on either side of the forehead, red and white kimono worn open at the chest, shackles on the wrists.
The sculpt focuses heavily on the drape of the kimono: the edges flare out in wide folds, the red pattern is painted deep into the creases, and the dark belt defines the waist. The shackles are sculpted link-by-link rather than just suggested in relief.
The horns and very long hair shift the volume upward; the piece is mounted on a dark base wide enough to provide balance. It displays well next to a more compact figure, to which it adds height.

Who is Yamato?
A character met on the island of Wano, held captive by their father and determined to follow the path of a legendary former pirate whose journal they read.
Are the horns one piece?
Yes, they are molded with the head. They are protruding parts: avoid picking up the piece by the top.

With a more compact figure: its height and horns add depth to a display row where everything would be at the same scale.
