Sukuna sits cross-legged, hands clasped before him, in absolute calm. This calm is exactly what makes the rest terrifying: above him, the upper half of the scroll is occupied by an accumulation of pink eyes, fangs, and flesh that is no longer human.

The illustration plays on a single contrast, maintained until the end: at the bottom, an immobile, almost serene character; at the top, an organic chaos that overflows the frame.
