A red eye in the shadows

Dark framing: Kakashi emerges from an almost black background, his headband lifted, and a single red eye catching the light. The rest of his face disappears into his mask and the shadows. A few touches of orange dot the top of the image.

This is the darkest of the nine Kakashis, and the one that plays most on what remains unseen. On a dark wall, the canvas seems to blend into it, leaving only the eye — an effect that the highly contrasted visuals in the collection do not have.
