The poster doesn't say Usopp. It says GOD USOPP — the title he gave himself in Dressrosa and which the Navy adopted as is, for lack of knowing who he really was. This is probably the best joke in the entire series.

The portrait lives up to it: wide open mouth, long nose, bulging eyes, in a sepia tone that accentuates the grotesque. Although the 500 million bounty is serious, the poster itself isn't for a second.

Why this name on the poster?
Because in Dressrosa he impersonated a god to the inhabitants, and the reputation survived him even in the Navy's records.

No, and this is intentional: no passe-partout, no stretcher, no framing. The canvas travels flat or rolled, with no risk of broken glass, and the price remains that of the poster alone. It's up to you to choose your frame — or to pin it as is.

Which size to choose?
The 13 × 18 cm fits above a desk or in a gallery of small posters. The 55 × 80 cm is the "one poster, one wall" size. In between, the 30 × 40 cm is the most common size when in doubt.
