The only wanted poster where the suspect has a heart instead of an eye
The Navy clearly didn't choose the most dignified photo. Sanji appears in the middle of a crisis: mouth open, spiral eyebrow, and a red heart in place of his visible eye. It's the state he's in for a good portion of the series.
Unlike most posters in this category, this one features bold colors: the yellow of his hair, the black of his suit, the red of the heart. It adds light where other wanted posters play with sepia tones, and it makes you smile the moment you enter the room.

Is the frame included?
No, and that is intentional: no mat, no
stretcher, no framing. The canvas travels flat or rolled, with no risk of broken glass, and the price
remains that of the poster alone. It's up to you to choose your frame — or to pin it up as is.
Which size should I choose?
The 13 × 18 cm slips above a desk or into a
gallery of small posters. The 50 × 70 cm is the "one poster, one wall" size. Between the two, the
30 × 40 cm is the one most often chosen when in doubt.
