The 3XL (manufacturer size 6XL) only gains 2 cm of chest and 1 cm of length over the XXL/3XL (manufacturer size 5XL): the two are almost identical.

The safest guide: for an adult, choose the row where the T-shirt's chest measurement exceeds yours by at least 6 cm; for a child, choose the row whose suggested height includes theirs and, if they're between two rows, the larger one.
Yuji Itadori on the attack on the front, Sukuna sneering on the back
A raspberry red Jujutsu Kaisen T-shirt splashed with midnight blue: on the front, Yuji Itadori leaps forward, his red hood around his neck, his fist wrapped in blue energy and his silhouette outlined in neon yellow. Around him, the Japanese title “呪術廻戦”, a white spiral and his name: in large white letters running vertically, as an “ITADORI YUJI” caption above a few lines of English, and in hiragana.
On the back, Yuji's face under Sukuna's control: black markings on the skin, a glowing red eye and a grin full of teeth. Beside it, “りょうめん すくな”, Ryomen Sukuna's name in hiragana, runs vertically, and Yuji's name is spread out in large letters. One of the sleeves carries the series title, straddling the front and the back.
The manufacturer describes the T-shirt as polyester, and the print covers its entire surface. It comes in XS/S to 3XL (French sizing) and in eight kids' sizes, from 3 to 14 years: the manufacturer's size is shown in brackets, and the guide below gives, for adults, the maximum chest measurement.

Why does Sukuna appear on the back?
Yuji Itadori swallowed one of the fingers of Ryomen Sukuna, the King of Curses, who then took up residence in his body: when Sukuna takes control, black markings spread across Yuji's face. The front shows Yuji; the back shows Sukuna in control.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes: eight kids' sizes, from 90 to 160, for children aged about 3 to 14.
How should I care for it?
We recommend machine washing at 30 °C, inside out, and air drying: the print keeps its colors longer.
