Saiyans have a tail, and a reason not to look up. This 33 cm figurine shows Bardock after the transformation: an Ōzaru, a giant ape several meters tall, brought here to a bookshelf scale.

The sculptor played with two opposing materials. On one side, the brown fur, rendered in irregular tufts on the shoulders, arms, and back; on the other, the Saiyan battle armor, smooth and rigid, midnight blue with a white chest plate, green shoulder and waist pieces, and red wristbands. The boots use the same green. The contrast between the fur and the shell is what makes the piece readable at a glance.

The head is the part that decides the purchase: tawny muzzle, mouth wide open with two rows of white fangs and a red tongue, red eyes with no pupils. Below, both fists are clenched, legs flexed, and the brown tail curls between the feet. There is no base: the piece stands on its own support.
