The grey suit and the blunt blade
Kento Nanami attacks in mid-stride at 17 cm, knees bent and torso leaning. He raises his blunt blade, wide and flat, riddled with small black openings along its whole length.
He stays immaculate: grey suit with sharp creases, open jacket snapping behind him, plain blue waistcoat and a leopard-print tie, tinted glasses on his nose, brown dress shoes on his feet. His blond hair is swept back.
A translucent blue ribbon of energy bursts from the ground and coils around him, in two separate parts. The base of grey slabs, split down the middle, completes the scene.

That is the character's weapon: a deliberately blunt blade, flat and pierced, which he handles like a cleaver.
Are the blue effects removable?
They clip onto the base and around the character: handle them by their base, as the translucent plastic stays thin.
