Whereas the first version of Shigaraki is stooped and nervous, this one stands tall. White hair swept back, fixed gaze, long red coat open over a black outfit, tall boots of the same shade: this is the character who has completed his transformation.

The sculpt focuses entirely on the coat—a heavy drape, sculpted in a single mass, which flows backward and gives the piece its recognizable silhouette from afar. The skin bears its burn marks on the arm and neck, painted with a gradient rather than a line. Circular black base included.
