The two items that started the whole story
Before the transformations, before the planet-level battles, there was a boy, an extending staff, and a yellow cloud that only carries those with pure hearts. This poster brings the two to the forefront, in a vertical composition on a midnight blue background streaked with flashes of light.
The palette is that of a stormy night: deep blues, electric whites, the orange of the kimono standing out in the center. This is the poster to choose to remember where the series came from rather than how far it went.

The illustration refers to the very first arcs, those of the quest for the Dragon Balls, when Goku still traveled on a cloud and fought with a staff.
