Three panels, and the whole fight fits in
This isn't an illustration; it's a panel print. The drawing is divided into panels like in the manga volume: Goku as a Super Saiyan diagonally crosses the frame, fist forward, hair standing on end; above and below, two strips show Cell taking hits. The reading direction is from top to bottom, exactly as on the original page.
The print plays on the old paper aesthetic: dark blue and purple flat colors, saturated orange of the kimono, and gray halftones. Hung next to a shelf of manga volumes, it doesn't duplicate them—it's an enlargement of them.

Is this an image from the manga or a separate illustration?
It's a panel composition, in the spirit of a manga page: the movement is read from one panel to the next, which no single-block illustration allows.
Is the frame included?
No, and that's intentional: no matting, no
stretcher, no framing. The canvas travels flat or rolled, without risk of broken glass, and the price
remains that of the poster alone. It's up to you to choose your frame—or to pin it up as is.
Which size to choose?
The 21 × 30 cm fits above a desk or in a
gallery of small posters. The 50 × 70 cm is the "one poster, one wall" size. In between, the
30 × 42 cm is the one most often chosen when in doubt.
