The story behind the figure
Enel believed himself invincible, and he had good reason to: the Rumble-Rumble Fruit gives him two hundred million volts and a Mantra that reads his opponents' intentions. Only one detail escaped him — Luffy is made of rubber. All his power becomes useless against the only man on the island whom electricity cannot affect. This diorama captures that exact moment: the astonishment of the god discovering he has lost, and the kid who didn't even understand why he was supposed to be afraid.
