Everything is blurred except the lower body. The top of the scroll is streaked with blue and grey, the blade dissolves into its own movement, and only a few particles remain sharp. It's a rare choice in an illustration: to accept showing almost nothing.

The effect is like a photograph taken at too slow a speed. You can guess at a slayer in full momentum, but you don't see him. This visual functions less as a portrait than as a texture: hung in a hallway, it gives an impression of speed each time you pass it. It's the most abstract of the lot, and the easiest to combine with other images.
