Because it dates back to the beginning of the story. Wanted posters are reissued after each feat; this is the navigator's first one, before the crew became notorious.

Is the frame included?
No, and that is intentional: no mat, no stretcher, no framing. The canvas travels flat or rolled, with no risk of broken glass, and the price remains that of the poster alone. It’s up to you to choose your frame — or to pin it up as is.

Which size should I choose?
The 13 × 18 cm fits perfectly above a desk or in a gallery of small posters. The 50 × 70 cm is the "one poster, one wall" size. Between the two, the 30 × 40 cm is the one most people choose when they're undecided.
