Black hair, strands over one eye, and that unblinking blue-violet gaze. The face is cut in the middle by the edge of the scroll, so only one eye, a cheek, and a uniform collar are visible.

This is the calmest of the nine portraits. Nothing moves, no colors rise, and the expression remains unreadable — which suits the character quite well. On a wall, it functions like a photograph: it needs empty space around it and to be at eye level. Surrounded by other images, it loses its one-on-one impact and becomes just another illustration. The palette is reduced to the strict minimum: black, blue, a flesh tone, and nothing else to distract the eye.
