A stone hand, and a hundred screaming faces
This is a decorative piece, not a character figurine, and that's what makes it interesting. A 26 cm high hand, with outstretched fingers, sculpted from patinated grey stone — and in the hollow of the palm, engraved in red, the Brand of Sacrifice, the seal that runs through the entire series.
The detail that makes the piece stands lower down: the wrist is composed of human faces, about thirty of them, mouths open, stacked on top of each other in a dark, almost bloody red, down to a stone base also engraved with the brand. The contrast between the mineral grey above and the organic red below is what catches the eye.
To place on a desk, a bookshelf or a display shelf, next to the series' figurines. It is also one of the rare Berserk objects that works without knowing the series: a stone hand full of faces is self-sufficient.
