This replica of Sode no Shirayuki, Rukia Kuchiki's zanpakutō from Bleach, measures 104 cm in total. It is crafted from bamboo wood, including the scabbard, in the white and pale blue tones of the shikai: an unsharpened piece, heavier and more noble to the touch than foam replicas.

The story behind the blade
In Bleach, all zanpakutō look alike while dormant. Rukia Kuchiki's is named Sode no Shirayuki, "Sleeve of White Snow," and when she utters Mai — dance — the blade and its guard become entirely white, extended by a ribbon. It is universally described as the most beautiful ice-type zanpakutō in all of the Soul Society; Rukia herself took decades to master its third dance without freezing herself.

What is Rukia's zanpakutō called?
Rukia Kuchiki's zanpakutō is called Sode no Shirayuki, which means "Sleeve of White Snow." It is an ice-type zanpakutō, considered in Bleach to be the most beautiful in all of the Soul Society; it becomes entirely white once released.
Is this replica made of wood?
